 PLEASE NOTE:
1. Deadline for video submission is February 1, 2010 at 12pm EST.

2. A video must not be longer than one minute and ten seconds.

3. Video can have approved licensed music background and / or narration.

4. The distinctives of the ISI Conference we suggest you include are:
- Equipping - the conference is exhortative to men but is primarily equipping men
- Men - topics covered are by men and for men. This is not Sun am ministry
- One Day - the 8:30 - 4:55 schedule. No overnight. One trip. Miss one meal.
- Local Church - at a local church and for the local church
- Men of All Ages - for young men (13+) and everyone else
16 Different seminars for men in different seasons of life
Annual - same time of year at the same location - trustworthy/dependable
- National - though local in location; national in impact and with national presenters
Hundreds of Christ followers together for worship and discipleship
- Resources - to build the man, the family and the church after the conference

5. When you register, you wil be given an FTP site to upload your video. Acceptable video formats are: .wmv; .flv; and mp3. Your video file should not exceed 20MB.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Iron Sharpens Iron Reserves the right at any time to deem a video unsuitable and disqualify it from the contest. All Contestants may be asked to provide the original audio and video files used during production of the entry for broadcast purposes.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The person registered with their email as the primary contact and uploading the Submission will be deemed the entrant ("Entrant").
Each Submission must be the original work of the Entrant produced for this Contest. It must not infringe any party's intellectual property or other rights; it must be suitable for display and publication on national television (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent; it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards.
Each Submission must not feature or refer to any form of sponsorship or church recognition.
Each Submission must not contain any copyrighted works (other than as owned by the Entrant). You may not include any material that is not properly licensed. Use of any unauthorized material may result in disqualification of Submission, in Iron Sharpens Iron's sole discretion.
All Submissions will be reviewed for content before being published or judged; however, such review does not relieve Entrant from responsibility for compliance with all of the Terms of Service and these Official Rules. Submissions that do not comply in all material respects with the Terms of Services or these Official Rules or that otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate content as determined by Iron Sharpens Iron, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be published or considered for prizes. Iron Sharpens Iron makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Contest and be considered for a Finalist Prize. Certain Submissions may be featured from time to time on the Web Site during the Contest Period, in Iron Sharpens Iron's sole discretion; being selected as a featured Submission is unrelated to the Judging Criteria and does not guarantee selection as a Finalist in the Contest.
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST AND UPLOADING YOUR SUBMISSION, YOU IRREVOCABLY GRANT TO IRON SHARPENS IRON THE UNCONDITIONAL AND PERPETUAL RIGHT TO POST, DISPLAY, PUBLISH, USE, ADAPT, EDIT AND/OR MODIFY SUCH SUBMISSION IN ANY WAY, IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA, FOR ANY PURPOSE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AND WITHOUT CONSIDERATION TO YOU. FINALISTS AGREE TO IRREVOCABLY ASSIGN AND TRANSFER TO IRON SHARPENS IRON ANY AND ALL RIGHTS, TITLE AND INTEREST IN SUBMISSION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS AND WAIVE ALL MORAL RIGHTS IN SUBMISSION. ALL CONTEST ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS IRON SHARPENS IRON FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ANY COMMERCIAL, ADVERTISING, PRESENTATION, WEB CONTENT OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL SUBSEQUENTLY PRODUCED, PRESENTED, AND/OR PREPARED BY OR ON BEHALF OF IRON SHARPENS IRON INFRINGES ON THE RIGHTS OF ENTRANT'S WORK AS CONTAINED IN ANY SUBMISSION.
